Product Details
The CZN series nitrogen purifiers include manual CZN-B, semi-automatic CZN-C, and fully automatic CZN-Z models. This series of products is mainly used for purifying gas for metallurgical protection.
Equipment features
- This series of products does not have high requirements for raw nitrogen gas, generally bottled pure nitrogen and liquid nitrogen;
- The catalyst activity of this series of products is high, the adsorption capacity is large, the working temperature is low, and the equipment is more energy-efficient;
- This series of products is renewable and can be reused for a long time through regeneration after failure;
- This series of products does not require hydrogen or vacuum for regeneration. Instead, a small amount of nitrogen purified by this machine is used for regenerationSafe and reliable；
- All valves in this series are made of stainless steel corrugated pipe valves, which have almost no leakage, making the equipment more reliable;
- This series of products has a dual structure, with one set working and the other set regenerating for backup, so it can provide continuous gas supply for a long time, and can be used with two purifiers on top of each other;
- This series of products adopts a multi-path valve, so it has the fewest valves and the simplest operation among similar purification models;
