Product Introduction

UC2288 is a novel p21 attenuation reagent with cell permeability and oral activity (with relative selective activity towards p21), synthesized based on the structure of sorafenib. Novel, selective, cell permeable p21 inhibitor UC2288 downregulates p21 mRNA expression and reduces p21 protein levels without relying on p53, with little effect on the stability of p21 protein. UC2288 has no inhibitory effect on VEGFR2 and Raf kinase, even at 10 μ M.
