1、 Twin screw extruder

1. Production: According to the raw material process formula

2. Temperature range: normal temperature~300 ℃

3. Temperature accuracy: ± 1 ℃

6. Screw rotation: meshing type parallel and in the same direction

7. Screw speed: 0-300rpm variable frequency speed regulation

8. Screw: The core shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA chromium molybdenum alloy tool steel, and the threaded components are made of W6Mo5CR4V2 wear-resistant alloy steel with a hardness of HRC60. It has conveying blocks, mixing blocks, shearing blocks, mixing blocks, kneading blocks, counter current blocks, and modular series components. It is connected to the core shaft with a gradually blooming key and can be combined according to any material ratio to meet the needs of different extrusion processes

9. Cylinder: The 5-section material cylinder is made of 45 # nitride steel forgings, lined with an A301 wear-resistant alloy sleeve with a hardness of HRC60. It has been treated with nitriding, quenching and ultra precision grinding processes, with a surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m, and is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

10. Combination method: The screw kit is a modular spiral combination with self-cleaning function.The machine barrel is a multi-stage combination type, with a split open structure for easy cleaning and observation.

11. Heating zone: cast aluminum heater in zone 5 of the cylinder body, heater in zone 1 of the machine head, with a heating power of 1kw per section, covered with a safety protective hood

12. Cooling zone: The entire section of the cylinder adopts a soft water circulation cooling system, and the flow rate of cooling water in each section can be adjusted. It is equipped with self-priming circulating water pumps, 304 stainless steel water storage tanks, inlet and outlet pipelines, and electromagnetic valves. It can achieve independent temperature control cooling for each section of the cylinder unit

13. Vacuum zone: Water circulation vacuum degassing device, equipped with water ring vacuum pump, vacuum gauge, regulating valve and other components, forming an unobstructed dehumidification and exhaust system

14. Feeding machine: Adopting twin-screw metering type forced feeding, equipped with a horizontal mixer, the feeding is uniform, stable, and not easy to bridge. The feeding speed is adjustable from 0-50rpm by frequency conversion, and a sliding rail type fast discharging device is installed

15. Head pressure: Dynisco high-precision temperature and pressure sensors monitor the temperature and pressure changes of the head melt, interlock control the operation of the host, and have overpressure protection function
