1. Production: According to the raw material process formula

Process requirements

9. Cylinder body: The 5-section material cylinder is made of 45 # nitride steel forgings, lined with A301 wear-resistant alloy sleeve, with a hardness of HRC60. It has been treated with nitriding, quenching and ultra precision grinding processes, with a surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant

11. Heating zone: cast aluminum heater in zone 5 of the cylinder body, heater in zone 1 of the machine head, with a heating power of 1kw per section, covered with a safety protective hood

12. Cooling zone: The entire section of the cylinder adopts a soft water circulation cooling system, and the flow rate of cooling water in each section can be adjusted. It is equipped with self-priming circulating water pumps, 304 stainless steel water storage tanks, inlet and outlet pipelines, and electromagnetic valves. It can achieve independent temperature control cooling for each section of the cylinder unit

13. Vacuum zone: Water circulation vacuum degassing device, equipped with water ring vacuum pump, vacuum gauge, regulating valve and other components, forming an unobstructed dehumidification and exhaust system

14. Feeding machine: Adopting twin-screw metering type forced feeding, equipped with a horizontal mixer, the feeding is uniform, stable, and not easy to bridge. The feeding speed is adjustable from 0-50rpm by frequency conversion, and a sliding rail type fast discharging device is installed
