Overview

The steam turbine acceleration sensor ME-9200 consists of a triangular shear accelerometer, a charge converter, and an integral amplifier. Compared with the dynamic coil sensor, it has the advantages of small size, light weight, high reliability, wide frequency band, and can be installed in any direction. Especially, the measurable displacement of vibration is much larger than that of the dynamic coil sensor, reaching about 10mm (depending on the sensitivity, the lower the sensitivity, the larger the displacement). It has a large output signal, good anti-interference performance, does not require an external power supply, and can be used in harsh environments such as smoke, oil and gas, and water and gas.

Turbine Acceleration Sensor ME-9200

The internal integrated circuit (IEPE type) vibration velocity sensor produced by Zhengzhou Hangke can be used to measure the vibration of bearing shells or structures. The vibration measured by this sensor is relative to the vibration in free space, and its output voltage is proportional to the vibration velocity, so it is also known as a velocity based vibration sensor. The velocity can also be integrated and converted into displacement before further processing. This measurement can evaluate the comprehensive working conditions of rotating or reciprocating machinery, and it is directly installed outside the machine, making it extremely convenient to use and maintain.
