The low-frequency piezoelectric velocity acceleration sensor JD01 consists of a triangular shear accelerometer, a charge converter, and an integral amplifier. Compared with the dynamic coil sensor, it has the advantages of small size, light weight, high reliability, wide frequency band, and can be installed in any direction. Especially, the displacement of the measurable vibration is much larger than that of the dynamic coil sensor, reaching about 10mm (depending on the sensitivity, the lower the sensitivity, the larger the displacement). It has a large output signal, good anti-interference performance, does not require an external power supply, and can be used in harsh environments such as smoke, oil and gas, and water and gas.

It has the advantages of high precision, fast response, non-contact, and can measure multiple parameters. The sensor has a simple structure and flexible forms, and has been used in many fields such as crop position detection, liquid level control, product counting, width discrimination, speed detection, fixed length shearing, hole recognition, signal delay, automatic door sensing, color code detection, punching and shearing machines, and safety protection. In addition, by utilizing the concealment of infrared radiation, it can also be used for anti-theft surveillance in banks, warehouses, shops, offices, and other necessary places.

Although photoelectric sensors can be used in various applications, attention should also be paid to environmental conditions during use to ensure that the sensor can work properly and reliably. Below are some basic installation requirements for photoelectric sensors.

1.Avoid strong light sources: photoelectric sensors can generally work stably in high environmental illumination. But avoid aligning the sensor's optical axis directly with strong light sources such as sunlight and incandescent bulbs. When the angle between the optical axis of the sensor (receiver) and the strong light source cannot be changed, a light shielding plate or a long light shielding tube can be installed around the top of the sensor.

2.It is strictly prohibited to use chemical substances such as diluents to avoid damaging the plastic mirror.

3.The wiring of high-voltage lines, power lines, and photoelectric sensors should not be placed in the same wiring conduit or trunking, otherwise it may cause misoperation or damage to the photoelectric switch due to induction. Therefore, in principle, they should be wired separately.
