The tunnel type drying room device consists of a drying tunnel main body, a heating system, a dehumidification system, a temperature control system, a drying car, a drying tray, and a fan. The drying room is the main drying body, composed of color steel rock wool insulation material. The heat source can be a hot blast stove, electric heating tube, or steam heat exchange. When drying, place the tray loaded with materials on the rack of the drying car and enter the drying room with the drying car, allowing the materials to dry from low temperature, medium temperature, and then to high temperature in a relatively stable state, completing the drying operation. Throughout the entire drying process, the temperature control system accurately monitors the temperature inside the drying room at all times, in order to adjust the drying temperature at any time and obtain products with good color and high yield. This device has the characteristics of simple structure, uniform drying, low investment, and large processing capacity. As the equipment adopts hot air convection heating method, it meets food hygiene standards. The baking tray can be made of plastic mesh or stainless steel mesh, or bamboo mesh, screen mesh, etc.
Temperature control:
The tunnel style drying room uses a coal-fired hot air stove (or steam heat exchange) as the heat source, and the heat source flow is automatically controlled by an electric control valve through an electric control cabinet. The temperature control of the equipment is achieved by an automatic control circuit. Input the control command of high temperature value to the circuit. When the temperature in the drying room exceeds a certain temperature, the thermistor (i.e. probe) will feedback the information to the control circuit. The control circuit will automatically open the electric regulating valve to rotate forward, close the heat source pipeline, trigger the travel switch, and the electric regulating valve will automatically cut off power. When the temperature inside the drying room drops below a certain temperature, the control circuit automatically opens the electric control valve in reverse, opens the heat source pipeline, and then closes the electric control valve through the travel switch. Repeat this process repeatedly to accurately control the temperature inside the drying room and meet the temperature requirements of the production process.
Wind speed control:
Based on parameters such as the size of the drying room, the direction of hot air flow, the amount of material, and the amount of moisture that needs to be carried away per hour, determine how many ventilation fans should be selected for each drying room. In order to facilitate hot air circulation and meet the requirements of moisture removal, several moisture removal ports with movable cover plates are installed at the front and top of the drying room. Control the flow speed and direction of hot air by opening and closing the dehumidification port to meet the needs of different processing techniques.
Heating method:
Using a coal-fired hot air stove (or steam heat exchange) as the heat source, the heat source flows through an electric control valve and then through an air heat exchanger. The hot air is blown into the drying room by a ventilation fan installed under the air heat exchanger. After obtaining uniform and dry hot air in the drying room, the material can be heated and dried.
working principle:
Evenly place the fresh materials to be dried on the drying tray of the material drying truck, then push the material drying truck into the drying room, close the inlet (outlet) door of the drying room, close the outdoor exhaust port and humidity outlet, turn on the fan and heat source valve, electric heat source regulating valve, and according to the energy-saving process requirements of different drying processes or waste heat recovery, open or close a certain humidity outlet. Control the temperature of the hot air in the drying room at a certain level and maintain it for a period of time. At this time, the material is in a relatively enclosed space, and the fresh material slowly evaporates its own moisture. The evaporated moisture is discharged through the dehumidification fan and dehumidification outlet. After the material is dried in the drying room, the inlet (outlet) door is opened, and the material exits the drying room to become finished products.
