Our company produces spiral finned air heat exchangers, also known as radiators or heat pipes. It is the main equipment in a heat exchange device that uses cold and hot media to cool or heat air.

1. Fin tube radiator is a type of radiator in the national standard atlas, consisting of a carbon steel frame and steel aluminum composite heat dissipation pipes.

2. The heat dissipation pipes of the finned tube radiator are fixed by a frame, with a compact structure, good air tightness, and easy installation.

3. Fin tube radiator is a type of radiator that is suitable for both steam systems and hot water systems as a means of heating air. It is mainly used for air heating in hot air heating, air conditioning systems, and drying devices, and is the main equipment in hot air devices. SRQ steel aluminum composite radiators are widely used in heating and ventilation systems of industrial and mining enterprises and large buildings.

4. The heat medium for finned tube radiators can be steam or hot water. The working pressure of steam is 0.3-8 kg/cm2, and the temperature of hot water can be around 160-70 ℃.

5. The finned tube radiator is composed of steel tube and aluminum finned tube bundles. The SRQ steel aluminum composite radiator is divided into two rows and three rows along the airflow direction, with multiple models available.

6. Fin tube radiators have the advantages of tight bonding, low thermal resistance, good heat transfer performance, high strength, low flow loss, strong anti-corrosion performance, and are not easily deformed under long-term cold and hot working conditions, with a long working life.

7. The overall rolled fins of the finned tube radiator are smooth and free of burrs, wrinkles, and easy to clean. When wet cooling is used in heating and air conditioning projects, condensed water on the surface of the fins is easily removed, and it is not easy to form dust or scale in drying heating and other heat exchange situations.
