Transformer on load switch testerIt is a comprehensive measuring instrument used to measure and analyze the electrical performance indicators of on load tap changers for power transformers and special transformers in power systems. It is controlled by a computer and can measure parameters such as transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, and three-phase synchronicity of the on load tap changer through a specially designed measurement circuit. Users can directly measure these parameters through the tap changer leads according to their needs and site conditions, or directly connect the transformer three-phase bushing and neutral point for measurement.

This instrument has functions such as analyzing, storing, and printing the measured data. The problem of outdated measurement methods and lack of testing methods for on load tap changers in power transformers has been solved. Potential faults of on load tap changers can be diagnosed in a timely manner during preventive testing of power equipment and transformer maintenance, which is of great significance for improving the reliability of power system operation

Performance characteristics:

Notes:

1. Be sure to read the instructions carefully before using the instrument.
2. The operation of the instrument should have general knowledge of the use of electrical equipment or instruments.
3. The transformer on load switch tester can work normally within the range of ambient temperature -5 ℃ to 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%, but outdoor use should avoid direct sunlight and rain on the LCD display screen.
4. The power switch must be turned on after all the leads are connected.
5. After the test is completed, the test line should be removed only after the discharge is finished.
6. Do not move the test cable clamp during the testing process.
7. If the current is small, two or more wires can be connected in parallel as one measurement, and unused wires should be short circuited to the black wire.
8. There is a protective grounding wire on the power socket. Please insert the plug into the three eye socket with grounding wire.
