The new fiber coupled TranSpec Micro thin film thickness microscope can reduce the size of thin film thickness measurement points to 50-100um.
The image of the measurement point can be viewed in real-time through a special color camera mounted on the microscope.
The TranSpec Micro thin film thickness measuring instrument, like our TranSpec and TranSpec Lite instruments, uses the principle of white light interference.
To measure very small points, TranSpec Micro uses a fiber coupled microscope equipped with a real-time display camera.
Fiber coupled fiber optic mirrors can reduce the size of thin film thickness measurement points to 50-100um (depending on the magnification), and the images of the measurement points can be viewed in real time through a special color camera mounted on the microscope.
