Applicable to the teaching needs of various colleges and training institutions for the theoretical and maintenance training of pure electric cars.
The functions of the teaching platform include six major systems: drive transmission system, power battery and management system, electric power steering, air conditioning and heating system, electric vacuum power hydraulic braking system, and vehicle electrical system.
By dissecting the new energy vehicle, one can clearly see the structural structure of the cabin and body side panels, the thickness of the steel plates and independent suspension system, as well as the wheel hub of the new energy vehicle. This can display the positions of the main components and accessories of the vehicle. The main components of the new energy vehicle are dissected into two parts through special processing technology, making the internal process shape and structure of the components clearly presented. 4. The "Automotive Inspection Training Platform" is connected to the entire vehicle through a wiring harness to ensure that the vehicle's functions are complete and all original functions are maintained after the connection is disconnected.
The car inspection training platform panel is made of high-grade aluminum-plastic panels with a thickness of ≥ 4mm, which are corrosion-resistant, impact resistant, pollution resistant, fire-resistant, and moisture-proof. The surface is treated with a special process of spraying primer; The panel is printed with faded color circuit diagrams; Students can visually compare the circuit diagram with the actual vehicle to understand and analyze the working principles of various control systems.

6. The car inspection training platform panel is equipped with a diagnostic seat that can be connected to a universal car code reader. It has self diagnostic functions such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes, and reading data streams for electronic control systems such as combination instrument control units, gateway control units, P-speed motor control units, motor control units, gear control units, car charger control units, DC/DC control units, and high-voltage battery BMS control units.
7. The panel of the car inspection training platform adopts a cold plate stamping structure with a thickness of ≥ 1.5mm, which has a beautiful appearance; The chassis part is welded with steel structure, and the surface is treated with spray coating technology, with self-locking caster device.
To better carry out practical teaching of electronic control systems, it is required to have a supporting signal simulation system (integrated):
The simulation system adopts a 7-inch touch screen with resistive touch, which has the characteristics of long service life and high touch accuracy. It communicates with the microcontroller through SPI and has high touch sensitivity. FPGA communicates directly with the microcontroller via RS232, receives the set parameters transmitted by the microcontroller, and controls the frequency, duty cycle, and analog voltage output amplitude of the waveform. It is equipped with 18 coaxial transmission cable ports for simultaneous output of signals, and can touch and set any waveform output. It can generate 18 signals (including Hall, magneto electric, photoelectric, etc.) for domestic basic vehicle engine and chassis sensor systems.
