YKTJ series multi-channel touch screen acquisition and control system, the test object is 30-65Hz AC voltage and current signals, suitable for on-site monitoring and automation communication of power grids and automation control systems. It can real-time sample and display electrical parameters such as current, voltage, and power factor values in the power grid by the CPU, and directly exchange data with the control center through RS485/RS232 communication interface to achieve automation management. Widely used in industries and departments such as power, postal and telecommunications, petroleum, coal, metallurgy, railway, municipal, intelligent buildings, etc. for electrical installations, automatic control, and dispatch systems.

The YKTJ series multi-channel isolated AC/DC current and voltage acquisition system tests AC voltage and current signals at 30-65Hz, suitable for on-site monitoring and automation communication in power grids and automation control systems. 6) Alarm output: The output module can be equipped with multiple relay outputs, with relay contact capacity of AC220V/5A or AC220V/1A. Multiple configurations can be designed according to user requirements, with options for upper and lower limit control. The control set value and hysteresis value can be freely set within the full range, and can also be manually controlled directly.

7) Transmission output: Output 4-20mA, 0-10/20mA (load resistance ≤ 250 Ω, indicate if the load is too large).

4、 Communication instructions

This device is equipped with RS232 or RS485 interfaces for direct communication with a computer. The RS485 standard communication distance is 1.5km, and multiple instruments can be attached. The RS232 standard communication distance is 15m, and only one instrument can be attached. The TXD, RXD, and GND of the RS232 interface are respectively connected to the second, third, and fifth pins of the computer serial port. The data format consists of 1 start bit, 8 data bits, no checksum, and 1 stop bit. Communication transmission data is signed integer data, and it is recommended to define signed integer data for user programming. When the data is greater than 0X8000, the actual negative value is obtained by adding 1 in reverse. For example, if the communication transmission data is 0XFFFF, the corresponding data is -1. Communication address range 1, baud rate 19200.

This device adopts the standard Modbus RTU communication protocol and can be connected to almost all configuration software. It can connect to domestic configuration software such as Kingview, Power Control, Century Star, Fix, InTouch, etc., saving users the trouble of connecting software. When using configuration software, the device to be selected is a PLC with Modicon (* Kang), Modbus RTU address type, integer 16 bit data, starting from 4001 (4000) using the Kingview register. Other configuration software may start from 3001 (3000). You can choose to equip our company's monitoring software.

Example: Read the first measurement value of the instrument with address 1 (PV1=1000).

The data sent is 01 03 00 00 01 84 0A.

The returned data is 01 03 02 03 E8 B8 FA (including 03 E8-1000).

Among them, 01 is the instrument address, 03 is the function number, 00 00 is the register starting address, 00 01 represents reading a number, 840A is the checksum, and B8 FA in the returned data is the checksum. If you want to read the first and second measurement values, you can send them as 01 03 00 00 02 C4 0B. Read 16 data channels and send them as 01 03 00 00 10 44 06.

Communication measurement value return value=measurement value * error correction, error correction range 0.500~2.000. Users can omit the measurement error correction and directly perform error correction on the upper computer. The function number for writing data is 06.

When the input signal type reads a value of 0, it indicates an input AC signal, and when the read value is 1, it indicates an input DC signal.

5、 Warranty

If the module of our company is a manufacturing quality problem caused by the factory, it will be repaired free of charge by the factory from the date of instrument delivery. If the damage is caused by improper storage and use, a cost fee will be charged for the repair. The warranty period is 18 months, and the warranty period of 3-5 years must be specified separately.
