1、 YK-214 series intelligentEquipment start stop recordersummary:
YK-214LCD series switch quantity recorder adopts advanced microcomputer chip and technology to measure, display, store and communicate on-site switch quantity signals and level signals. It can use 128 * 64 wide temperature LCD display or 4-row LED digital display. (Please provide written instructions for using LCD display)
The YK-214LCD series switch quantity instrument has multiple switch quantity inputs and can record the closing and opening time of the switch quantity according to the system time. Used to record the number and duration of device switches, and browse the recorded data through buttons. Each switch can record 30000 sets of data, including the time (year, month, day) and status of the switch action. The data recording adopts the * in first out cyclic recording method. The instrument is equipped with a built-in hardware clock, and power outages do not affect the operation of the clock.
YK-214LCD recorder can be made into a pulse signal and TTL level signal input recorder according to customer requirements. It can be connected to industrial equipment such as PLC and computer through RS232 or RS485 communication interface to form an industrial measurement and control system. The instrument is equipped with a rechargeable battery inside for clock operation. When the instrument is not in use for a long time, it is recommended to power it on for 24 hours every six months to charge the battery.

4、 Operating instructions:
I、 Button Instructions
■ - Press this key to select the parameters to be viewed in the settings and browsing states.
En - Used to store the new set values of parameters and select the next set parameter when setting the state.
▲ - Used to increase the set value when setting the state. Or query the alarm status.
▼ - Used to reduce the set value when setting the state. Or query the alarm status.
II、 Display instructions
The instrument displays the system time and working status when it is in operation.

III、 Parameter Settings
Press the En key to display the input password 800. Use ▲ to set 800 to 808 to enter the parameter settings.
(1) Number of detection channels: You can set the number of channels to be detected. Range 1-8.
(2) The filtering frequency ranges from 1 to 30 times, and it is determined that there is a change in the input only after multiple consecutive detections of the switch action. When set to 20, the judgment time is about 5 seconds.
(3) J1 output: Select whether the J1 relay outputs, select if the J1 relay outputs, and select if the relay does not output.
(4) Display mode: The instrument panel display mode has options for (normal/alarm), (open/close), (run/stop), and (power on/off), which can be selected by pressing ▲ or ▼.
(5) Communication address: The communication address of the instrument, ranging from 1 to 99.
(6) Baud rate: The baud rate of communication, ranging from 1200 to 9600.
(7) Clock Year: Set the date of the year, for example, 11, which is 2011.
(8) Clock Date: Set the current month and day.
(9) Clock Time: Set the current time.
After the setting is completed, the instrument will exit the setting state and automatically enter the working state.

6、 Application of switch quantity recorder
The on-off recorder detects the start and stop of the equipment, checks the factory equipment, and records its usage. To ensure the troubleshooting and usage of factory instruments and equipment.
This product adopts surface packaging modular technology, greatly improving the anti-interference ability of the instrument. It has functions such as display, control, and communication, and is suitable for displaying and recording equipment usage. It can be widely used in fields such as electricity, metallurgy, chemical industry, petrochemicals, paper printing and dyeing, brewing, communication, tobacco, aerospace bases, etc.
7、 USB data export
The instrument can be equipped with a USB interface to export data to a USB drive. The USB drive needs to be in FAT or FAT32 format, and the generated file should be a table data file of *. xls. If the file 0316-1.XLS is generated, it represents the file exported on March 16th and the recorded data of * channels. When entering the password, change the password from 800 to 816 and enter the data export interface. After confirmation, export the recorded data to the USB drive.
In the figure, * rows represent the recorded data of * channels, and the number of records 192 indicates that 192 records have been recorded. The second line indicates that on March 16th at 11:21:40, the * channel was closed. The third and fourth lines indicate disconnection at 11:21:41.

To use USB storage, first clear the data files on the USB drive or format the USB drive.
8、 Communication instructions
This instrument can also have an RS485 interface for direct communication with a computer. The RS485 standard communication distance is 1.5km, and multiple instruments can be attached. The data format consists of 1 start bit, 8 data bits, no checksum, and 1 stop bit.
Adopting the standard Modbus RTU communication protocol, it can connect with almost all configuration software, including Kingview, Power Control, Century Star, Fix, InTouch, and other domestic configuration software, saving users the trouble of connecting software. When using configuration software, the device to be selected is a Modicon PLC, Modbus RTU address type, with integer 16 bit data, starting from 4001 using the Kingview register. Other configuration software may start from 3001.

The data sent is 01 03 00 00 01 84 0A.
The returned data is 01 03 02 00 01 79 84 (where 00 01 represents a status value of 1 and the input 1 contact is closed), where 01 is the instrument address, 03 is the function number, 00 and 00 are the register start addresses, 00 and 01 represent reading a number, 84 and 0A are check codes, and 79 84 is the check code in the returned data. If you want to read data in two input states, * and 2, you can send 01 03 00 00 02 C4 0B.
9、 Warranty
If it is a manufacturing quality problem caused by the factory, the instrument will be repaired free of charge from the date of leaving the factory. If the damage is caused by improper storage and use, the repair cost will be charged. The warranty period is twelve months, and the warranty period of 3-5 years must be specified separately.
