Intelligent Ampere Hour MeterMain uses:

6、 Operating instructions:

(1) Key function

When setting the state, press this key to exit the setting state. Press this key to switch the display screen while working.

En - Parameter setting key, used to store the new set value of the parameter and enter the next set parameter when in the setting state.

▲ - Set value increase key, used to increase the numerical value in the set state.

▼ - Set value increase key, used to decrease the value when in the set state.

(2) Parameter setting

Connect the wiring of the instrument according to the terminal diagram, and only turn on the power after it is correct. The instrument adopts a Chinese human-machine interface operation, which is convenient for users to understand and set up.

(1) Press the En key to display 'Enter Password 800', use the ▲ or ▼ keys to set 800 to 808, and then press the En key to enter the parameter setting state. Entering other values is invalid to prevent non-technical personnel from misoperation. After setting a parameter, press the En key to proceed to the next parameter setting.

(2) Decimal point position - Input current display accuracy, range 0~3. If set to 1, the current value is accurate to one decimal place.

(3) Range upper limit - current input full range, range 0~9999, factory default is 200.0.

(4) Zero point correction - displayed value after correction=measured value before correction+zero point correction value, factory value is 0.

(5) Full scale correction - the correction coefficient range is 0.500 to 2.000, and the displayed value after correction is equal to the full scale correction multiplied by (measured value before correction+zero point correction). The factory full scale correction value is 1.000.

(6) Accumulation method - choose either Anshi or Anshi accumulation method.

(7) Alarm mode - choose to alarm by cumulative or time.

(8) Time alarm - When the accumulated time reaches this value, the relay's normally open point closes. Range 99.59.

(9) Cycle alarm - When the cycle ampere hour (minute) reaches this value, the normally open point of the relay closes. Range 0 to 999999.

(10) Alarm Delay - Set cycle ampere hour (minute) alarm delay, unit: seconds. When the cumulative value of the cycle reaches the alarm point, the normally open point of the relay closes, and after a set delay time, it automatically resets. When set to 0, the relay does not automatically reset. Range 0~1000 seconds.

(11 Communication Address - The communication address for RS232/485 communication on the instrument, ranging from 1 to 99.).

(12) Baud rate - range of 1200 to 9600. After the setting is completed, the instrument enters the measurement state.

7、 Reset working parameters:

The total ampere hour cumulative value and cycle ampere hour cumulative value of the ammeter can be reset to zero. In working mode, press the En key to display - Cd - in the upper row and password 800 in the lower row. After entering 818 and pressing the En key to confirm, you can choose to reset the cycle cumulative value, total cumulative value, all, or not reset.

Short circuiting terminals 3 and 4 of the instrument cycle reset can reset the cumulative value of the cycle ampere hour to zero.

8、 Communication instructions:

(1) This instrument can be equipped with RS232 and RS485 interfaces for direct communication with a computer. The RS485 standard communication distance is 1.5km, and multiple instruments can be attached. The RS232 standard communication distance is 15m, and only one instrument can be attached. The TXD, RXD, and GND of the RS232 interface are respectively connected to the second, third, and fifth pins of the computer serial port. The data format consists of 1 start bit, 8 data bits, no checksum, and 1 stop bit. To avoid communication conflicts, the instruments are all in listening mode. The computer sends a command to a certain instrument at a specified address, and then waits for a period of time for the instrument to respond. After the instrument receives the correct command, it sends out the data. After sending, the instrument is in listening mode again. In the same system, instrument addresses cannot be the same, and the baud rate must be *.

(2) The instrument adopts the standard Modbus rtu communication protocol. When using the configuration software, the device to be selected is a Modicon (* Kang) PLC, Modbus RTU address type, with function numbers of 3X or 4X, and data of integer 16 bits. The Kingview software register starts from 0001 or 0000 (i.e. 4x001, 4x000), while other configuration software may start from 3x001 or 3x000. The communication is an integer, and users need to handle the decimal places according to the actual situation. Communication transmission data is signed integer data, and it is recommended to define signed integer data for user programming. When the data is greater than 0X8000, the actual negative value is obtained by adding 1 in reverse. For example, if the communication transmission data is 0XFFFF, the corresponding data value is -1. For long integer data such as cumulants, the data value is equal to the high-order x 65536+low order. During configuration, users can also choose the data type as long, and the system will automatically calculate the cumulative amount. (3) The upper computer reads data and sends command formats (it is recommended to read no more than 0X10 or 16 data at a time).

The returned data is 01 03 02 03 E8 B8 FA (where 03 E8-1000), where 01 is the instrument address, 03 is the function number, 00 and 00 are the register start addresses, 00 and 01 represent reading a number, 84 and 0A are check codes, and B8 FA is the check code in the returned data. If you want to read, you can send 01 03 00 00 02 C4 0B.

9、 Precautions for use:

All parameters need to be set before starting to use;

Power off operation should be performed when installing wiring;

Connect the millivolt analog signal with a shielded cable and rectifier ammeter, paying attention to positive and negative;

When the cumulative total safe time exceeds eight digits, it will automatically accumulate from zero;

Communication interfaces can be added according to user requirements;

If cumulative display is required by minute or second, please provide instructions when placing an order.

10、 Warranty

If it is a manufacturing quality problem caused by the factory, the instrument will be repaired free of charge from the date of leaving the factory. If the damage is caused by improper storage and use, the repair cost will be charged. The warranty period is twelve months, and the warranty period of 3-5 years must be specified separately.
