The tissue engineering cartilage bioreactor can simulate a dynamic static pressure cartilage mechanical environment in vivo, providing a way to apply static pressure stress of different frequencies and sizes to dynamically construct human cartilage tissue. It can adjust the frequency, magnitude, and flow condition of static pressure, and can simultaneously cultivate multiple cartilage tissues. The dynamic static pressure environment plays an important role in the cultivation of chondrocytes. When constructing tissue-engineered cartilage by combining chondrocytes with biodegradable materials, static culture is usually used, which leads to defects such as hollowing in the cartilage tissue constructed in vitro. Its mechanical properties are far inferior to normal cartilage and cannot meet the requirements of clinical transplantation.
