Cerebrospinal fluid pulsatile bioreactorIt is a device that can simulate the biomechanical environment of cerebrospinal fluid pulsation to dynamically culture and construct artificial active bone tissue by combining cells with biomaterials in vitro, and can record experimental data in real time. The constructed tissue-engineered bone tissue has good biomechanical properties, biocompatibility, and bioactivity, providing a new method for constructing tissue-engineered bone for clinical research and application of bone tissue.


1. Main purpose:
This instrument is mainly used for in vitro construction of bioactive tissue bone, research and application related to the compatibility between biomaterials and cells, fatigue characteristics, toxicity, etc. It is suitable for product development and scientific experimental research in universities, hospitals, research institutes, biological research institutes, and biomaterial research.
2Cerebrospinal fluid pulsatile bioreactorMain functions and features:
(1) Can simulate the fluid dynamics environment of animal and human cerebrospinal fluid;
(2) Adopting modular design, each unit can be used independently;
(3) Can provide a matching fluid dynamics testing device to facilitate users to timely detect and calibrate the force generated by the pulsating execution unit;
(4) The pulsation execution unit has a moderate elastic modulus, good mechanical conductivity, no cytotoxicity, and good biocompatibility;
(5) Each culture unit includes two scaffolds, an experimental group and a blank control group. Each dynamic culture unit can be loaded, unloaded, and moved as needed for the experiment, and can be placed in a 5% CO2 and 37 ℃ constant temperature incubator for easy removal and placement of cell scaffolds, easy replacement of culture medium, and not easily contaminated;
(6) Each dynamic culture unit is sealed and can ensure appropriate pH value and carbon dioxide concentration inside the culture unit. The shear force generated by the flow of culture medium in the dynamic culture unit has negligible effect on the cells on the cell scaffold.
