1. Purpose

Standardize the use, maintenance, and safe operation of digital constant temperature water baths to ensure temperature stability, experimental safety, and equipment lifespan.

2、 Scope of application

3、 Preparation before operation

1. Check whether the appearance, power cord, plug, and grounding of the equipment are intact.

2. Confirm that the water bath is placed horizontally, well ventilated, and there are no flammable materials around it.

3. Preparation: Distilled water or deionized water (direct use of tap water is prohibited to prevent scaling).

4、 Add water

1. Open the top cover and slowly add water to the water level line (usually 2-3 cm above the heating tube and below the overflow port).

2. Dry burning is strictly prohibited; It is strictly prohibited for the water level to be too low or overflow.

5、 Power on and temperature setting

1. Plug in the power, turn on the power switch, and the display screen will light up.

2. Press the "Set/SET" button to enter the temperature setting mode.

3. Use the ▲/▼ keys to adjust to the target temperature (commonly 37 ℃, 45 ℃, 60 ℃, 100 ℃).

4. Press the "Set/SET" button again to confirm, and the device will start heating up.

5. Wait for the constant temperature indicator light to turn on, indicating that the set temperature has been reached and stabilized.

6、 Sample placement and use

1. After the temperature stabilizes, place the sample/container.

2. Cover the container to prevent water vapor from entering; The sample should not come into direct contact with the heating tube.

7、 End of use

1. Take out the sample, turn off the power switch, and unplug the plug.

2. After the water temperature cools down, drain the accumulated water in the box (open the bottom drain valve).

3. Clean the inner container, dry it, and keep it dry.

4. Cover the lid and return to its original position.

8、 Daily maintenance

1. Clean the inner container weekly and wipe it with a soft cloth.

2. Check the water level, drainage, and heating pipes for scaling every month.

3. Long term use: Drain water, cut off power, store in dust-proof condition.

9、 Safety precautions

1. Dry burning, overflowing, and moving with electricity are strictly prohibited.

2. It must be well grounded to prevent electrical leakage.

3. It is normal for the surface of the box to be warm during heating. Do not touch the heating area.
