1. Check the power supply voltage: This machine is powered by 220V ± 10% AC voltage (frequency of 50Hz), and the power socket is located at the bottom right of the instrument's rear panel. Warning: To avoid lightning strikes and ensure safe use, please use a grounded socket. Please unplug the power plug before replacing the fuse.

2. Instrument working environment

This instrument needs to be placed in a well ventilated indoor area for operation, with a normal working temperature range of 10 ℃ to 40 ℃. Please pay attention to anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, sun protection, and dust prevention in order for the instrument to work properly.

3. Installation

Connect the power cord according to the socket.

Select the appropriate adapter based on the sample size, cut the sample to be ground into small pieces and place them in the EP tube.

If encountering difficult to handle samples, please use tweezers to place the EP tube into liquid nitrogen, then cover the EP tube cap and place it in the test tube fixture.

Add distilled water or the desired liquid into the EP tube and place the required amount of 316 stainless steel grinding balls, glass beads, or zirconia beads. When placing the test tube into the adapter, please pay attention to symmetrical placement and maintain load balance.

Finally, install the test tube fixture onto the spindle buckle with the anti loosening buckle and tighten it with the fastening nut.
