Main features:

1. CO2 gas concentration detection with far-infrared sensor, measuring the propagation speed of sound waves in gas with the same CO2 concentration, and calculating the CO2 gas concentration.

2. The detection of O2 gas concentration adopts electrochemical sensors, relying on electrical reactions to measure the potential difference in the same O2 concentration and detect the O2 gas concentration.
3. All temperature detection uses PT100 resistance temperature sensors, which have stable performance and good linearity. Independent sleeve temperature and door temperature control, composed of five sleeve temperatures and one door temperature synthesis studio temperature, with high accuracy.

When the set value of O2 gas concentration is less than 19.0%, N2 gas is used. After reaching the set value of O2 concentration, CO2 gas is introduced to ensure the accuracy of CO2 gas concentration and O2 concentration.
When the set value of O2 gas concentration is 22.3%, O2 gas is used. After reaching the set value of O2 concentration, CO2 gas is introduced to ensure the accuracy of CO2 gas concentration and O2 concentration.
When the box is opened, the electronic valve automatically closes, stopping any gas from entering; The gentle breeze circulation automatically stops, reducing the loss of N2 gas, gas source, and minimizing pollution caused by external air entering the box.
7. The three gas incubator achieves precise control of O2 content by controlling the input of O2 or N2 and using zirconia (ZrO2) sensors to control the three gases of O2, N2, and CO2. The specially designed air path control greatly shortens the recovery time of O2 concentration in the inner cavity after opening the door. Suitable for culturing special cells or microorganisms under high/low oxygen conditions.
The three gas incubator has an electronic valve protection function. If the CO2 inlet does not turn off the inlet indicator light within 30 minutes of the timer, the electronic valve protection will be activated and an alarm will be triggered. At the same time, the power supply of the CO2 inlet electronic valve will be cut off to protect the electronic valve from damage due to prolonged periods of no gas inlet.
After the door of the three gas incubator is opened, the timer resets to zero, and the timer starts again after closing the door. It has multiple protection functions such as digital display of water temperature and room temperature. When the displayed temperature exceeds the preset temperature, it can automatically cut off all heating power.
