1. Aerospace: Complex surface detection of blades/discs

Hidden features such as air film holes and narrow flow channels in aircraft engine blades and discs can easily lead to dead ends due to insufficient coverage of traditional seat angles

·ACH100S-5 provides 1728 spatial positioning points with 5 ° fine division, and with a 300mm long extension rod, can penetrate deep into the interior of the flow channel;

·Compatible with CP500S scanning probe, achieving continuous scanning acquisition, fully restoring surface contours, avoiding data distortion caused by angle deviation, and meeting aviation grade accuracy requirements.

2. Automotive manufacturing: Engine cylinder/gearbox inspection

Frequent switching of probe angles is required for the detection of irregular cavities in the cylinder body, oil passages, and gearbox of automobile engines.

·The ACH100S series supports dual modes of triggering (CP100T) and scanning (CP500S), allowing for size measurement and morphology analysis without the need to replace the measuring socket;

·Rotate 90 ° in just 3.5 seconds, program preset angle to reduce waiting time, adapt to batch production inspection rhythm, greatly improve inspection efficiency.

3. Precision Manufacturing: Inspection of Deep Hole/Inverted Structural Parts

The deep holes and inverted features of precision molds and irregular components make it easy for measuring needles to collide and difficult to reach.

·The A-axis swing range of ACH100S-5 is extended to 0 °~115 °, and an additional 10 ° elevation angle can easily detect bottom cutting features;

·Double anti-collision design (dynamic+static) avoids interference between the measuring needle and the workpiece, with a repeated positioning accuracy of less than 0.4 μ m, ensuring the accuracy and safety of deep hole measurement.
