MGRS-JA1BThermal gas mass flowmeterIt is an instrument that uses the principle of heat conduction to measure fluid flow rate. This instrument uses the constant temperature difference method to accurately measure the gas mass flow rate. It has the advantages of small size, digitalization, easy installation, and accurate measurement. The sensor part consists of two reference level platinum resistance temperature sensors. Using a bridge loop, one sensor measures fluid temperature while the other sensor maintains a constant temperature difference, allowing for flow measurement under mild pressure conditions.

Has the following potential:

1. A true quality flowmeter does not require temperature and pressure compensation for gas flow measurement, making the measurement convenient and accurate. The mass flow rate or standard volume flow rate of the gas can be obtained.

2. Large range ratio. It can measure gas flow rates up to 100Nm/s and as low as 0.5Nm/s, and can be used for gas leak detection.

3. Seismic performance and long service life. The sensor has no moving parts or pressure sensing components, and is not affected by vibration on measurement accuracy.

4. Easy installation and maintenance. If on-site conditions permit, non-stop installation and maintenance can be achieved.

5. Digital design. Whole machine digital circuit measurement, accurate measurement and easy maintenance.

Instrument installation:

1. If the instrument is installed outdoors, a sunshade should be added to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain.

2. Do not install in places with strong vibrations.

3. Do not expose to environments containing large amounts of corrosive gases.

4. Do not share power with equipment that pollutes the power supply, such as frequency converters and welding machines. If necessary, install a purification power supply for the converter.
