Organic glass rotor flowmeterIt is a new type of flowmeter mainly composed of organic glass, used for measuring water flow rate. Its characteristics are beautiful appearance, light weight, clarity, not easy to make exceptions, and long service life.Applied in chemical, petroleum, light industry, medicine, environmental protection, food and metrology testing, scientific research and other departments, measuring the flow rate of single-phase non pulsating fluids (liquids or gases).

Organic glass rotor flowmeterThe main measuring element is a conical tube with a small end facing downwards and a large end facing upwards, and a float that can move up and down inside. When the fluid flows through the conical tube from bottom to top, a pressure difference is generated between the upper and lower parts of the float, and the float rises under this pressure difference. When the force that causes the float to rise is equal to the combined force of gravity, buoyancy, and viscosity acting on the float, the float is in an equilibrium position. Therefore, there is a certain proportional relationship between the fluid flow rate passing through the flowmeter and the float lift, that is, the flow area of the flowmeter, and the position of the float can be used as a measure of flow rate.

All stainless steel type

The flange, float, guide rod, support plate, and bolts are all made of stainless steel 304 (1Cr18Ni9Ti), with the model LZB - () B.
If 316 is required for the liquid receiving material, the model is LZB - () Bo and it needs to be customized.
If stainless steel lined with PTFE is required, the model is LZB - () BF (or BoF), which needs to be customized.
Full tetrafluoroethylene type
The base, float, and needle valve are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Support plates, screws, etc. are made of stainless steel

Usage:

1. When in use, slowly open the upstream valve to full open, and then adjust the flow rate with the downstream regulating valve of the flow meter. When the flow meter is stopped, the upstream valve of the flow meter should be slowly closed, and then the flow regulating valve downstream of the flow meter should be closed.

2. The flowmeter must wait for the float to stabilize before reading the reading. The reading position of the float is at the larger diameter of the float.

3. During use, sudden changes in the temperature and pressure of the fluid being measured should be avoided. Prevent the cone tube from breaking and injuring people.

4. If the cone tube or float is contaminated, it should be cleaned in a timely manner.

5. If there is any damage to the working diameter and measuring sharp edges of the float, they should be recalibrated.

6. When disassembling a flowmeter, one should be familiar with its structure. When disassembling bolts, even force should be applied to prevent breaking the cone tube.

7. When the density, temperature, pressure, and division state of the fluid passing through the flowmeter are different (i.e. standard state), the displayed values must be corrected.

8. The flow meter in use should be checked regularly. If any leakage is found, the flow meter should be depressurized and then evenly tightened.
