HM1000A utilizes advanced APCI (Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization) and mass spectrometry techniques to rapidly and cost effectively determine the total amount of phthalates in samples. If the total amount exceeds the value specified in RoHS 2.0, a more accurate method can be used for further analysis.
The standard samples selected by HM1000A do not require further analysis, which helps reduce the significant time and cost required for precise analysis.
HM1000A provides manufacturers with a fast and effective screening solution for phthalates. Within just 10 minutes, the total amount of ortho benzene in the sample can be measured, which has a significant speed advantage compared to other complex testing methods.
Not only does a single sample take less than 10 minutes, but with the standard automatic sampler, it can continuously measure 50 samples in over 8 hours. Click the measurement button, and the device will automatically measure accurately and quickly.
Unlike other phthalate detection equipment, HM1000A has a very low operating cost. The price of the sample tray is easy to afford, and it can work with nitrogen gas (with a nitrogen generator), so there is no need to purchase or reserve bottled helium gas.
HM1000A is very easy to use and can be mastered with a little training. The accompanying software design is intuitive, and the presentation of measurement results is also very easy to read. Data can also be exported through Excel.
