Real View for NEXTA DSC series ® Polarized Microscopic Sample Observation Device
Upgrade DSC analysis capability through high-resolution imaging to achieve crystal orientation, multi-layer film quality control, fisheye contamination detection, and fault analysis. Explore sample anisotropy and crystal orientation using a 20 megapixel camera, providing 50x digital zoom and 1.2 µ m pixel resolution. Data input and output software package
