Thermal deformation instrumentIt is a specialized equipment for measuring the thermal deformation temperature and Vicat softening point temperature of chemical fiber plastic (PE, PET, PP, nylon, etc.) samples. Complies with GB1633 thermoplastic softening point (Vicat) test method and GB1634 plastic bending load thermal deformation temperature (referred to as thermal deformation temperature) test method. By replacing different measuring heads, they can be used to measure the Vicat softening point temperature or thermal deformation temperature separately. They are all indicators for determining the heat resistance of plastics. The precision displacement sensor detects the softening or deformation of the sample, and the temperature displacement correspondence is recorded by the computer and displayed on the screen in the form of a curve. Therefore, not only can the softening point or thermal deformation temperature point be determined according to the test method, but also the thermal physical properties of the sample can be analyzed based on the temperature deformation curve, which is a function that A/B type measuring instruments cannot have. The deformation curve can be printed out by a printer.
The instrument also provides users with standard sample bars and blocks for correcting the thermal deformation of the instrument itself.
