1After connecting the bottom plate of the buried fire water tank, the wall panel and bottom plate are connected. For bolt connection, the first step is to code one side onto the bottom plate of the water tank. After the four walls are coded, adjust the connection by pressing the edges. The relative angle is generally no more than 2mm, and it is required to be in a straight line. The four corners require a connection of 90 degrees between the bottom and the wall.
2. According to the design requirements of the specifications and models of the buried fire water tank, prefabricated water tank molded block boards are used in the factory. First, the lines are drawn, and the boards are sent to a shearing machine to be cut into 106x 106cm blocks. After the blocks are cut, four corners are cut, and each corner is cut into 90. The corners are then sent to a hydraulic press for molding into 100x 100cm and 50x50cm concave convex plates, with a 90 fold flange on each plate. 2. After the materials of the buried fire water tank enter the site, the molded plates are first assembled and combined, and the process of sealing and connecting the plates with bolts and sealing rings is used. The bolts are tightened according to the size of the water tank, length x width x height. The molded plates are combined together to form several large plate surfaces of the water tank or the pressure blocks are connected with bolts according to the length, width or height of the water tank. The top of the water tank is bolted layer by layer, and the operation is determined according to the construction site. After connecting the bottom plate of the buried fire water tank, the wall panel and bottom plate are connected. 4After the assembly and combination of several large panels of the buried fire water tank, preparations should be made for the bottom assembly and connection of the tank. When connecting the bottom plate of the water tank with bolts, the size of the bottom plate of the water tank should be adjusted first, and then the bottom plate should be laid on the foundation of the water tank for sealing connection. After the bottom plate is connected, a fire oil inspection or visual inspection should be carried out on the sealing part to prevent weak sealing and other phenomena.
5After the connection and sealing of the buried fire water tank body, the water inlet, outlet, overflow, sewage, fire hole, and escalator should be installed near the manhole.
6After the bottom of the buried fire water tank is sealed and connected to the wall with bolts and sealing rings, the top and wall are connected, and the edges are required to be basically on the same horizontal line. The manhole of the water tank is connected to the position according to customer requirements, usually located near the floating ball of the inlet hole.
7. The buried fire water tank is equipped with internal reinforcement and standing piles, which are made of galvanized steel pipes and connected horizontally and vertically in sequence.
8After the installation of the buried fire water tank is completed, Party A shall promptly block the strip beam, test the water, and backfill the soil to prevent damage to the water tank caused by heavy rain and collapse. Underground water tank: The customer needs to provide the size of the water tank (length, width, height), the installation city of the underground water tank, drawings, and other equipment inside the water tank.
