With the rapid development of the automotive industry, the cross-sectional analysis technology of low-voltage wire harnesses in automobiles has become very important, and various industries have gradually raised their requirements for terminal technology and connector terminal cross-sectional analysis systems.

The terminal section analyzer developed by Fermaco is an instrument used by automotive wire harness manufacturers to test whether the terminal crimping shape is qualified. The process of terminal crimping shape includes cross cutting the terminal, grinding the section, cleaning the section, and corroding and removing the oxide skin. The terminal section detection analyzer is used to take photos and samples, and analyze the graphic imaging through software. The terminal section detection microscope is used.

The following are the requirements of the national standard for the cross-sectional analysis technology of low-voltage wire harnesses for automobiles, and the cross-sectional analysis technology of crimping connection terminals!

1. The size of the wire harness should meet the following requirements for F-type crimping terminalsSectional analyzer:
