The intelligent temperature and humidity controller is a temperature and humidity monitor specially developed for computer rooms, agriculture, forestry planting and breeding fields. The controller combines the characteristics of computer rooms, agriculture, and forestry planting fields, adopts computer technology and advanced digital temperature sensor technology, overcomes the serious defects of traditional analog temperature sensors (such as thermistors, platinum resistors, etc.) such as instability, large errors, susceptibility to interference, and the need for regular calibration. 4、 Terminal wiring

5、 Operating instructions

SET - Parameter Setting Key, used to store the new set value of the parameter and enter the next set parameter when in the setting state.

▲ - Set value increase key, used to increase the numerical value in the set state. In working mode, press this key to silence the buzzer.

▼ - Set value increase key, used to decrease the value when in the set state. In working mode, press this key to silence the buzzer.

The parameter settings are as follows:

Press and hold the SET key for about 1 second, and a prompt will appear: cd -, corresponding value: 800. Use the ▲ or ▼ keys to set 800 to 808, and then press the SET key to enter the parameter setting state. Entering other values is invalid to prevent non-technical personnel from operating it incorrectly. After setting a parameter, press the SET key to proceed to the next parameter setting.

(1) When Adr appears, set the communication address within the range of 1 to 99.

(2) When BD occurs, the baud rate of the communication instrument ranges from 1200 to 9600.

(3) When Lb appears, the digital filtering parameters are set within the range of 0 to 20. The larger Lb, the more stable the measurement value, but the slower the response. Generally, when the measured values are greatly disturbed, the Lb value can be gradually increased and adjusted to make the fluctuation between the measured values less than 2-5 words. When calibrating instruments in the laboratory, Lb should be set to 0 or 1 to improve response speed.

(4) When tH occurs, set the temperature upper limit alarm value (default 30).

(5) When th occurs, set the temperature upper limit alarm reset value (default 29.9).

(6) When tL occurs, set the temperature lower limit alarm value (default 10).

(7) When TL occurs, set the temperature lower limit alarm reset value (default 10.1).

(8) When t0 occurs, set the temperature zero correction value (default 0), and the corrected display value=original display value+t0 value.

(9) When tF occurs, set the temperature full-scale correction coefficient (default 1), and the corrected display value is equal to the original display value multiplied by the tF value.

(10) When rH occurs, set the humidity upper limit alarm value (default 70).

(11) When RH occurs, set the humidity upper limit alarm reset value (default 69).

(12) When rL occurs, set the humidity lower limit alarm value (default 30).

(13) When rl occurs, set the humidity lower limit alarm reset value (default 31).

(14) When r0 occurs, set the humidity zero correction value (default 0), and the corrected display value=original display value+r0 value.

(15) When rF occurs, set the humidity saturation correction factor (default 1), and the corrected display value is equal to the original display value multiplied by the rF value.

(16) When bsL occurs, the temperature corresponds to the lower limit of the transmission output.

(17) When bsH occurs, the temperature corresponds to the upper limit of the transmission output.

(18) When CJ occurs, set the linkage mode of the relay for alarm: HL is selected for temperature or humidity shared upper limit alarm and temperature or humidity shared lower limit alarm, and tr is selected for temperature independent upper or lower limit alarm and humidity independent upper or lower limit alarm.

Parameter setting completed, displaying End to exit the setting state and enter the measurement state.

6、 Alarm instructions:

① When set to OFF, the J1 light will turn on when the temperature upper limit exceeds the alarm, and the J1 light will turn on when the humidity upper limit exceeds the alarm. At the same time, the normally closed contacts (a pair of red wires in the wiring) of the J1 alarm relay will change from open to closed.

When the temperature lower limit exceeds the alarm, the J2 light will turn on. When the humidity lower limit exceeds the alarm, the J2 light will turn on. At the same time, the normally closed contacts (a pair of black wires in the wiring) of the J2 alarm relay will change from open to closed.

② When set to On, when the temperature upper limit exceeds the alarm or the temperature lower limit exceeds the alarm, the J1 light will light up and the J1 relay will close.

When the upper humidity limit exceeds the alarm or the lower humidity limit exceeds the alarm, the J2 light will light up and the J2 relay will close.

After the alarm is triggered, the buzzer will beep, and pressing the ▲ or ▼ keys will silence it.
