Notes:
This testing machine should not be used in the following situations as much as possible:
1. In situations of vibration and oscillation.
2. A place with direct sunlight.
3. High temperature, dusty, and humid places.
4. The AC power supplied to this machine should be well grounded to ensure safe use.
5. It is strictly prohibited to use strong solvents (such as benzene, nitro oil) to clean the machine hub.
6. Water and debris must not be injected into the machine to prevent damage to electrical components and electric shock.
7. The disassembly, assembly, and debugging of the instrument display can only be carried out by units approved by the National Metrology Department and our company. No one else is allowed to disassemble or repair it without authorization.
Maintenance and upkeep:
1. Cleaning: Keep the machine clean at all times. Before and after each use, wipe the machine with a cotton cloth to keep it clean.
2. Rust prevention: Spray rust prevention oil on the metal parts of the machine surface once a week (wipe clean after spraying for 2 hours).
3. Lubricating oil: Regularly lubricate the transmission components (such as screws) of the machine every month (using ordinary lubricating oil is sufficient).
4. Maintenance: Regularly check if the control panel buttons are working properly.
Experimental Procedure:
1. Lift the pallet along the axis to the required height for testing, tighten the fixing screws to secure it to the axis.
2. Turn the wrench, place the weight on the pallet, and add or subtract the weight of the weight according to the testing requirements (the base weight is 500g).
3. Place the punch inside the guide sleeve.
4. Place the impact seat inside the fixing ring of the fixed plate.
5. According to the testing requirements, select the test piece and place it on the impact seat to maintain free contact between the punch and the test piece.
6. Pull the wrench outward, and the support plate will detach from the weight. The weight will fall freely, impact the punch, and the test piece will be subjected to the predetermined impact force, causing deformation.
7. Take out the test piece and measure the height of the lower part of the test piece with a ruler, which is the gap between the punch impact deformation points.
