1. The instrument should be placed on a sturdy, stable, dry, and ventilated platform.

2. The instrument should be kept clean and dry regularly. When not in use for a long time, the power should be unplugged and a dust cover should be covered.

Measurement method:

Refined tea

1. Striped and round tea: Weigh 100g of thoroughly mixed sample (accurate to 0.1g), pour it into the inspection set sieve of a broken tea sieve with a pore size of 1.25mm and a powder sieve with a pore size of 0.63mm, cover the sieve cover, press the start button, and sieve for 100 revolutions. Weigh the undersized material of the powder sieve (accurate to 0.1 g) to obtain the powder content Remove the residue from the crushed tea sieve, then pour the crushed tea on the powder sieve surface back into the crushed tea sieve connected to the bottom of the sieve, cover it with the sieve cover, and place it on the electric sieve machine. Sift for 50 revolutions, and weigh the residue (accurate to 0.1 g) to obtain the crushed tea content.

2. Coarse tea: Weigh 100g of thoroughly mixed sample (accurate to 0.1g), pour it into the inspection set of a broken tea sieve with a pore size of 1.60mm and a powder sieve with a pore size of 0.45mm, cover the sieve cover, press the start button, and sieve for 100 revolutions Weigh the undersized material of the powder sieve (accurate to 0.1g) to obtain the powder content Then weigh the crushed tea on the powder sieve surface (accurate to 0.1g), which is the content of crushed tea.

3. Crushed tea: Weigh 100g (accurate to 0.1g) of thoroughly mixed sample, pour it into the designated powder sieve, and sieve for 100 revolutions Weigh the sieved material (accurate to 0.1g) to obtain the powder content.
