Taq DNA polymerase is a heat stable DNA polymerase cloned from Thermus aquaticus, with 5'3 'DNA polymerase activity and 5'3' exonuclease activity. This product has undergone strict purification and is free from contamination by endonucleases and exonucleases. It is suitable for routine molecular biology experiments such as PCR amplification and DNA labeling.

Usage recommendations

  1. Recommended reaction system: 25-50 μ L

  2. Typical amplification procedure: 94 ℃ for 3 minutes (94 ℃ for 30s, 55 ℃ for 30s, 72 ℃ for 1min/kb) x 30 cycles at 72 ℃ for 5 minutes

  3. Suggested primer length: 18-25bp

  4. Recommended primer concentration: 0.1-0.5 μ M
