Nested PCR Mycoplasma Detection KitUsing nested PCR technology, it can detect common mycoplasma contamination in cell culture, vaccine production, and biological products with high sensitivity. This kit is designed with specific primers for the conserved region of 16S rRNA and can detect over 90 species of mycoplasma, including 8 major mycoplasma species required by the European Pharmacopoeia.

Experimental Procedure
