Overview
Tanon RapGel color gel rapid preparation kit uses a new optimized premix (including upper and lower glue), which eliminates TEMED and has no odor. Just adding a coagulant can quickly make the gel, greatly simplifying the steps and shortening the time. This kit is compatible with traditional Tris Glicine electrophoresis buffer and supports high voltage rapid electrophoresis. In addition, the upper layer of the gel buffer contains a color indicator, making the sample well clearly visible and easy to operate. Application scope: Protein denaturation electrophoresis, Western blot, protein mass spectrometry analysis, and post-translational modification of proteins

Tanon ™ RapGel color gel rapid preparation kit uses a new optimized premix (including upper and lower glue), which eliminates TEMED and has no odor. Just adding a coagulant can quickly make the gel, greatly simplifying the steps and shortening the time. This kit is compatible with traditional Tris Glicine electrophoresis buffer and supports high voltage rapid electrophoresis. In addition, the upper layer of the gel buffer contains a color indicator, making the sample well clearly visible and easy to operate.
Performance characteristics
1. Only the addition of a coagulant is needed to quickly prepare the gel, without the need for TEMED and without any unpleasant odor;
2. The colored upper layer adhesive makes the sample hole clear and visible, facilitating sample addition and observation;
3. Compatible with traditional Tris Glicine electrophoresis buffer, with good stability, high resolution, and clearer bands;
4. Greatly shorten the electrophoresis time, and complete electrophoresis quickly within 1 hour.

This product can be stored for 12 months at 2-8 ℃, with coagulants stored at -20 ℃ (opened coagulants can be stored at 2-8 ℃ for at least 3 months)
