Thermo Fisher Cyto-Cal488 and 633 straightening particles~3 μ m 488 nm Firefli orange fluorescent particles,~3 μ m 633 nm Firefli red fluorescent particles.
Cyto Cal straightening particles provide an excellent method for optical straightening and flow cell aggregation in flow cytometry. 3 μ m particles have a high level of quality in terms of size and fluorescence uniformity, thus optimizing the results of each measurement parameter to the greatest extent possible. Cyto Cal straightening particles are chemically stable dye stained internally, thus exhibiting excellent signal stability.
Cyto-Cal 488 straightening particles can be excited by 488 nm argon laser light and have a wide emission range, making them suitable for simultaneous straightening of FL1 (FITC), FL2 (PE), and FL3 (PE-Cy5) channels.
Cyto Cal 633 straightening particleshigherThe excitation light is a 633 nm helium neon laser (635 nm diode laser) with a wavelength of 700 nmhigherDivergent light. They are mainly used for straightening FL4 (APC) channels.
