Tank weighing module
Installation method
There are three types of structures: fixed, floating, and semi floating, which can be used under various harsh conditions.
In the installation method using four dynamic load modules, generally two modules are limited on three sides, while the other two modules are only limited at the ends.
Selection of Weighing Modules
Generally, the range of a set of 3 or 4 modules is selected based on the support point of the container. Due to factors such as the weight of the weighing body (container), vibration impact, and unbalanced load, the following rules are generally followed for selection. Multi sensor static weighing system:
Fixed load (weighing platform, container, etc.)+variable load (load to be weighed) ≤ selected sensor rated load x number of sensors equipped x 70%, where 70% of the coefficient is added considering vibration, impact, and unbalanced load factors.
