Alarm shutdown switch setting
Click on "Application Parameters" to enter the alarm switch interface. Users can decide whether to turn it on according to production needs. If a corresponding alarm is generated after turning it on, the weighing scale will automatically alarm or shut down. It is necessary to manually click on "Clear Alarm" or input the "Clear Alarm" signal externally to restart the weighing (after the alarm is generated until the alarm is cleared, the weighing scale motor runs but does not perform object up and down platform judgment operations or weighing operations). The alarm information is stored in "Data" - "Alarm Information".

The weight sorting machine uses high-speed dynamic weight reading to detect the weight of products on the production line. It can accurately detect products with unqualified weight in continuous production lines and perform online and offline discrimination or automatic weight sorting control based on this. It is particularly suitable for checking missing parts and abnormal weight deviations in packaged products. Packaging products are weighed and tested by a weighing scale. Qualified products are returned to the original conveyor belt, while unqualified products are removed (or alarmed and stopped).
