Overview

TSQ zinc ion fluorescent probe, this product's zinc ion fluorescent probe TSQ is a fluorescent probe used for detecting zinc ions. It is a cell membrane permeable zinc ion (Zn2+) fluorescent probe that selectively binds to Zn2+in physiological concentrations of Ca2+and Mg2+systems. Once combined with Zn2+(0.01-10 μ M), TSQ fluorescence is significantly enhanced, and the fluorescence emission wavelength remains unchanged. TSQ is commonly used for the study of Zn2+in hippocampal mossy fibers. It can also be used to monitor changes in intracellular Zn2+flux related to apoptosis. After binding with Zn ions, TSQ absorbs wavelengths and emits

Product Introduction

Zinc (Zn) is the second most abundant transition metal in the body and is essential for catalyzing, structuring, and regulating ions. Zinc ions (Zn2+) participate in physiological processes such as homeostasis, rabbit epidemic response, oxidative stress, apoptosis, and aging. Zinc has been identified as a conservative neurotransmitter for presynaptic neurons and as a transmembrane signal that penetrates presynaptic neurons. Abnormal zinc metabolism is associated with many neurological disorders, including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and epilepsy. Fluorescence imaging has been proven to be the best in vivo zinc ion monitoring technique.

TSQ Zinc Ion Fluorescent ProbeThis product's zinc ion fluorescent probe TSQ is a fluorescent probe used for detecting zinc ions. After binding with Zn ions, TSQ exhibits absorption and emission wavelengths at 334nm and 495nm, respectively. Strong fluorescence can be emitted at 495nm. As a neutral pH fluorescent probe, it has been proven to be a highly selective fluorescent probe. The water solubility of TSQ is not very good, which makes it unsuitable for measuring and imaging zinc in living tissues.
