The TSKgel G3000PWxl CP filler is composed of 7 µ m poly (methyl methacrylate) beads, with cationic groups introduced on the surface to prevent cationic polymer adsorption and allow elution under low salt conditions. This chromatographic column has a high theoretical plate count, linear calibration curve, and high durability, as the matrix resin is the same as the resin used in the TSKgel PWxl series chromatographic columns.
