The weighing system is mainly suitable for industries such as powder color matching and functional particle batching, injection molding, extrusion, plastic molding, etc. It is usually used for batch mixing of two or more ester particle raw materials in proportion, and controlled by a program to make the batch mixing perform continuous actions, thereby achieving uniform mixing ratio. The weighing system adopts a human-machine interface to input the corresponding proportioning parameters, and transmits the signals of each weighing scale to the weighing instrument through the weighing sensor. Then, the signals are converted by the weighing instrument and connected to the central controller. The central controller combines the set formula to control the feeding time and amount of each material based on the real-time data of each weighing unit. After all the raw materials are weighed, they enter the horizontal mixer, and after sufficient mixing, they enter the main screw through a vacuum suction machine or gravity. This ingredient system can weigh up to 8 types of granular raw materials, and the mixing ratio error (depending on the set ratio) of each batch is controlled within ± 0.1-0.5% F.S.
