This is a spectrally pure graphite structured carbon rod with high purity, designed specifically for high demand electron microscopy analysis applications.

Main features:

  • Purity:The total impurity content is ≤ 2ppm, and the single element impurity content is ≤ 1ppm.

  • Trace elements:Possible trace elements include silicon (Si), aluminum (Al), iron (Fe), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), or boron (B), all of which have a content not exceeding 1ppm.

  • Application scope:Highly recommended for applications with strict requirements for analytical accuracy, such as transmission electron microscopy (TEM), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), focused ion beam (FIB), spectrometer (WDS), electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD), electron probe (Microprobe), and high demand scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM/EDS) analysis.
