TCU components
TCU (Temperature Control Units) are special devices used to solve precise temperature control in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. They are designed to meet the needs of intermittent reactor temperature control or continuous process heating and cooling, constant temperature, distillation, and crystallization systems. They are particularly suitable for process control that requires heat and releases heat during the reaction process. The specially customized device is suitable for a temperature range of -120 ℃ to+300 ℃ (depending on on-site conditions or the addition of a compressor and electric heating assistance for temperature rise and fall).
This system is a complete set of high and low temperature area heating/cooling control system equipment that integrates high-efficiency heat exchangers, circulation pumps, thermometers, pressure gauges, various sensors, pipelines, valves, and self-control. It is also equipped with an automatic pressure relief control system, which integrates the selection of centrifugal pumps and valves, pipeline flange welding, and on-site installation and commissioning of electrical control for a large number of users.
At the same time, combining Shanghai Lengbiao's technology and rich practical experience, the design of standardized modules, as well as the selection of accessories for units at the forefront of the industry, such as centrifugal pumps, valves, and industrial control workpieces, we comprehensively tailor high-performance complete sets of high and low temperature heat exchange units that are more suitable for a wide range of working conditions for users. Including industrial control, the entire unit is shipped from the factory and tested on the factory testing bench before leaving. Users only need to install four to five pipelines and one power cord to the unit's electrical control box on site to debug and operate the unit.

·By quickly calculating and controlling the temperature of the entire reaction process, rapid response control can be achieved for exothermic and endothermic reactions that occur throughout the entire reaction process;
·Reserved with standardized interfaces, cold and heat source heat exchange modules can be added according to actual needs;
·The temperature of the reaction process and the temperature of the single fluid can be selectively controlled, and the temperature difference between the reaction process temperature and the temperature of the heat conducting single fluid can be set and controlled;
·Built in multiple winding heat exchangers made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, high-pressure resistant, and anti scaling, with high heat transfer efficiency;
·Adopting a fully enclosed pipeline design, formula management and production process recording can be carried out;
·Using the system feedback temperature as the signal source, the controller calculates and gives the action command of the electric regulating valve to control the flow of low-temperature liquid into the reactor jacket, thereby achieving efficient control;
·Each temperature control module uses a separate PLC system to control the temperature of the reaction kettle. The temperature control module is installed in an explosion-proof area (explosion-proof requirements for electrical, instrumentation, etc. Exd IIBT4/Exd IICT4);
·The controller adopts a programmable controller with feedforward adaptation, which can accurately control the temperature of the reaction kettle materials, and the system does not overshoot or callback during the control process, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃.
