High temperature cycler (UC series)Usage characteristics:
A closed high-temperature cycler uses electric heating to heat the materials in the supporting reaction vessel by outputting thermal fluid through a circulation pump. Widely used in the pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries for reactor combination devices that require high temperature conditions.
High temperature cycler (UC series)：
Equipped with an exhaust valve, it can immediately eliminate the gas that overflows when the system medium heats up.
Equipped with over temperature alarm function, overload protection, and overcurrent protection function.
The temperature control adopts PID method, with high temperature control accuracy.
Adopting a fully enclosed circulation system to extend the service life of the thermal fluid.
● Optional water-cooled models; Inject cooling water to quickly adjust the temperature of the heat transfer fluid to meet the process requirements.
The circulation system is made of stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant, pollution-free, and extends the operating cycle.
The system temperature control can heat from room temperature to 300 ℃.
For Class IIB explosive environments, equipment can use EXdIIBT4/EXdICT4 explosion-proof products.
