It has excellent cold forming and welding properties and is mainly used in the manufacturing of ship components. This article takes 12mm thick TA23 titanium alloy sheet as the research object, and studies the influence of alloy elements, sheet rolling process, and sheet heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of TA23 titanium alloy by testing the main technical indicators such as microstructure, tensile properties, impact properties, and bending properties. The results indicate that high-quality TA23 titanium alloy sheets can be produced by optimizing the alloy composition ratio, controlling the rolling process and heat treatment process parameters. The strength of TA23 titanium alloy sheet increases significantly with the increase of alloy element mass percentage, and the plasticity changes little; With the increase of rolling heat and final rolling temperature, the strength slightly improves and the plasticity changes little; As the heat treatment temperature increases, the strength gradually decreases and the plasticity gradually increases. In the optimized process parameters, the alloy composition ratio is Al:2.8%、Zr:2.1%、Fe:1.1%、O:0.13%、Si≤0.02%、C≤0.01%、N≤0.01%、H≤0.008%; The opening temperature of the sheet is 40 ℃ below the (α+β)/β phase transition temperature, and the final rolling temperature is 100 ℃ below the (α+β)/β phase transition temperature; The heat treatment system is 710 ℃/1h~740 ℃/1h. By optimizing the production process, high-quality TA23 titanium alloy sheets can be produced. After heat treatment, the microstructure is a uniform α+β two-phase zone, with a tensile strength of not less than 756MPa, a specified plastic extension strength of not less than 618MPa, a fracture elongation rate of not less than 23.5%, a cross-sectional shrinkage rate of not less than 45%, an impact absorption energy of not less than 83J, and a bending angle of up to 180o. The research content closely follows the actual industrial production and optimizes the optimal production process control parameters for TA23 titanium alloy sheets; The research results provide practical guidance for the industrial production of TA23 titanium alloy sheets and have certain practical significance.
