1、 Working principle and purpose:

The new T-series touch screen digital viscometer is an intelligent instrument based on ARM technology, which enables full touch screen operation in China, replacing the traditional operation method of buttons and small-sized LCD screens. This series of viscometers uses high-performance stepper motors and drivers, which operate accurately and smoothly according to program settings. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a constant speed through a torque sensor. When the rotor experiences viscous resistance in the measured liquid, the force is fed back to the torque sensor, and after corresponding internal processing and calculation, the viscosity data of the measured liquid can be displayed.
Compared with similar instruments, this series of instruments has the advantages of convenient operation, intuitive reading, rich display content, high measurement accuracy, stable speed, strong anti-interference performance, and wide working voltage range of 110V~240V, 50/60Hz.
In terms of instrument operation and use, this series of instruments has the functions of measuring values as a percentage of the full range value, range overflow alarm display, and automatic scanning. ① Adopting ARM technology and built-in Linux system. The operating interface is simple and clear, and viscosity testing can be quickly and conveniently performed through the creation of testing programs and data analysis;
② Accurate viscosity measurement: Each range is automatically calibrated by a computer, with high accuracy and small errors;
③ Rich display content: In addition to viscosity (dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity), there are also temperature, shear rate, shear stress, percentage of measured value to full-scale value (graphical display), range overflow alarm, automatic scanning, viscosity measurement range under the current rotor speed combination, date, time, etc. And it can display the kinematic viscosity under known density, meeting different measurement requirements of users;
