Swiss VAT-01.2- Small Gate Valve/Universal Isolation Valve

The 01.2 small gate valve series adopts VAT's VATLOCK technology, which aims to provide reliable valve plate sealing without any friction at the valve plate sealing. VATLOCK technology can mechanically lock the valve plate in the closed position.

The valve plate will move to the closed position without any friction, and then lock tightly against the sealing surface without any wear. The steel plate spring supports the valve plate through a ball limiter and fixes the reverse panel on the bracket. The ball limiter ensures increased sealing under vacuum on either side of the valve plate. This provides flexible and reliable functionality under all conditions.

With its modular design and various design options, the 01.2 series can be customized according to almost every requirement.

The 01.2 series has been installed in thousands of demanding applications under various process conditions, proving its reliability.

01.2 Small gate valves are available in both manual and pneumatic types with solenoid valves, which can be used as equipment solutions or for external installation. The standard voltage for solenoid valves is 24 VDC, but other voltages can be provided upon request.

The valve position is indicated by a visual (mechanical) indicator.

The standard flange connector is ISO-KF. Can integrate customer specified flanges.

The standard sealing material is fluororubber, but other materials can be used according to requirements.
