The pass stop ring gauge is two measuring tools divided into a pass gauge and a stop gauge. For example, the thread gauge of M6-7h has one end as a gauge (T). If it can be smoothly screwed into the tested threaded hole, it is qualified. Otherwise, if it is unqualified, it needs to be reworked (that is, the hole is too small). If the gauge (Z) can be smoothly screwed into the tested threaded hole by 2.5 turns or more, it is considered unqualified, otherwise it is qualified. And at this time, the unqualified threaded holes should be scrapped and cannot be reworked. Among them, 2.5 circles are the national standard, and if there are many exported items, only 1.5 circles can be entered (standard). Usage

Use two ring gauges to screw onto the external thread to be tested (in any order).

(2) The specification has been passed, but the diameter is too small and the product is not qualified.

(3) The gauge can rotate freely at any position on the thread, and the stop gauge can be turned one to two or three times, and sometimes even one or two more times. However, the thread head cannot be turned until it reaches the end face of the gauge. This indicates that the tested external thread diameter is exactly within the "tolerance zone" and is a qualified product
