Digital measuring projector is a precision optical measuring instrument that integrates optics, mechanics, and computers, requiring regular maintenance and upkeep. Keeping the instrument in good working condition can ensure its original accuracy and extend its service life.

1. The instrument should be placed in a clean and dry room (room temperature of 20 ℃± 5 ℃ and humidity below 60%) to avoid mold on the surface of optical parts, rust on metal parts, and dust and debris falling into the instrument guide rail, which can affect the imaging quality of the optical system and the measurement accuracy of the instrument.

2. The surface of optical components should be kept clean and not touched by hand. If there is dust on it, it can be brushed off with a soft bristled pen. If there are many surface stains that affect use, you can use a degreased cotton or lens wiping paper dipped in a small amount of specialized cleaning solution to gently wipe.

3. The working surface of the projection screen is frosted, so try to avoid touching it with your hands as much as possible during use. Over time, dust and oil stains may accumulate on the screen, affecting the clarity of the image. At this point, the user can gently wipe the entire projection screen with a clean damp cloth dipped in a small amount of neutral detergent. After removing the stains, use a clean damp cloth to wipe several times and clean the detergent. Be careful not to dip the gauze in too much water to prevent it from dripping onto the metal surface of the workbench and rusting. Alternatively, cover the instrument workbench with plastic film beforehand. If the user finds this task difficult, they can also ask the manufacturer to do it.

4. The bare metal surface of the instrument should be wiped clean with aviation gasoline after use or regularly, and then rust proof grease should be used to prevent rusting.

5. The objective lens and worktable moving parts of the instrument have high installation and calibration accuracy, and all fastening and adjusting screws cannot be disassembled by the user. If there is a malfunction, please ask the manufacturer for maintenance. Self disassembly, resulting in loss of function and reduced accuracy, is not covered by the warranty.

6. The normal operation of the instrument cooling fan is directly related to the normal use of the instrument and the lifespan of the light bulb. Users should regularly pay attention to this issue and promptly notify the manufacturer for maintenance if any abnormalities are found.

7. The instrument digital measurement system DC-3000 has been error compensated for the accuracy of the workbench before leaving the factory. The compensation value and other internal settings cannot be changed by the user. Otherwise, it will affect the accuracy and normal use of the instrument.

When the instrument is not in use, turn off the light source casually; When using, try not to turn on both transmissive and reflective lighting at the same time unless necessary.
