JYW-200CSurface tension meterIt is a testing instrument used to measure the interfacial tension between liquids and gases or between liquids. This instrument can quickly and accurately measure the surface and interfacial tension values of various liquids, and automatically display the results. Used in the water and electricity department to test the interfacial tension value of electrical oil, in order to strengthen the supervision of insulation oil quality. In departments such as petroleum, chemical, and scientific research, surface and interfacial tension values of various liquids can be tested to enhance the analysis of various liquids. This type of instrument has specially increased the coefficient factor of fire extinguishing agent materials, making it particularly suitable for product inspection in fire equipment manufacturers.

4、 Structure and principle
The structure of the instrument mainly consists of a torsion wire, a differential transformer, a platinum ring, and a lifting part. During the experiment, the platinum ring is immersed in a certain position (3-5 mm) of the tested liquid, and the glass container containing the tested liquid is lowered by a motor. At this point, the membrane between the platinum ring and the measured liquid is stretched, causing a downward pulling force on the platinum ring. By using a lever arm to twist the torque wire, the magnetic core of the differential transformer rises as the platinum ring descends. Induce a certain voltage value in the coil of the differential transformer. The deformation of the stretched film is converted into a voltage value, which is processed by a microcomputer and converted into the corresponding tension value, and automatically displayed. As the film is gradually stretched, the tension value gradually increases until the film breaks. The maximum value is the measured tension value P of the liquid, which is automatically multiplied by the correction factor V of the liquid to obtain the actual tension value F of the liquid, that is, F=P * V. The correction factor V depends on the measured value, liquid density, radius of platinum wire, and radius of platinum ring.
Due to the implementation of microcomputer control, the anti-interference capability of the instrument has been increased in both software programming and hardware design. When zeroing, electric zeroing is used, which allows the magnetic core of the differential transformer to be zeroed as long as it is in a stable state within the zeroing range, making it very convenient and reliable to use. The zero adjustment range is 0.0010.00mN/m.
