1Calibration method for digital sugar meter

Preparation of standard materials:
Prepare sugar water solutions of different concentrations as standard substances, which should have high chemical purity (not less than 99.5%), stable quality, and similar physical and chemical properties to the tested sample.

Perform calibration:
Insert the digital sugar meter into the sugar solution, measure according to the operating instructions, and record the measurement results.
Evaluate the measurement performance of digital sugar meters by calculating accuracy and precision.
According to the evaluation results, adjust the parameters of the digital sugar meter and re measure the sugar solution to ensure the accuracy of calibration.

Record calibration results:

Record the calibration results in detail in the calibration report. In addition, for certain models of digital sugar meters, such as instruments with specific calibration buttons, calibration can be performed through the following simplified steps:
Press the Read button to turn on the device.
Drip irrigation absorbs 0.2-0.3ml of pure water, drips it into the drip port, and covers it with a light shielding cover.
Press the CAL key for 2 seconds to display CRL, then press the CAL key again to complete calibration and display END.

IICalibration method of digital refractometer
Select standard substances:
Select standard materials with different refractive indices to prepare liquid or solid standard samples. These standard substances should have high purity, stable density, and good chemical stability.

Perform calibration:
Place the digital refractometer in the standard sample, measure according to the operating instructions, and record the measurement results.
Evaluate the measurement performance of a digital refractometer by calculating its accuracy and precision.
According to the evaluation results, adjust the parameters of the digital refractometer and re measure the standard sample.

Record calibration results:
After calibration is completed, record the calibration results in detail in the calibration report.
The specific calibration method for digital refractometers may vary depending on the model.

Grey board calibration method:
Place the gray board on the measuring table of the digital refractometer and adjust the intensity of the light source to make the display close to 100.
Adjust the zero adjustment screw to make the measurement reading 0.
Repeat multiple measurements to obtain a stable average reading.
Adjust the zero calibration screw again to make the measurement reading 0 and complete the calibration.

Standard measurement object calibration method:
Place the standard measuring object on the measuring table of the digital refractometer and adjust the intensity of the light source to make the display close to 100.
Measure the refractive index n of the standard measuring object and record the reading.
Move the standard measuring object away and adjust the calibration screw to make the reading equal to the standard value.
Repeat multiple measurements to obtain a stable average reading.

During the calibration process, it should be ensured that there is no interference from stray light in the measurement area, and the surface of the standard substance or sample should be kept clean to avoid fingerprints or dust affecting the calibration accuracy.
