Steel Reinforcement Protection Layer Tester GTJ-RBL SeriesIt is a portable non-destructive testing instrument that can be used to detect the construction quality of reinforced concrete structures. It can measure the position of steel bars on the surface of concrete, detect the thickness of steel bar protective layer and steel bar diameter.

In addition, the position of magnetic and conductive materials inside concrete structures, such as cables and plumbing pipes inside walls, can also be detected. Pre construction detection can effectively avoid damage to these facilities during construction and reduce the occurrence of accidents. The product complies with the requirements of the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structures" GB50204-2002 for the protection layer of steel bars.

The probe is placed parallel above the steel bar, which is a detection posture that can simultaneously estimate the diameter of the steel bar and the thickness of the protective layer without exchanging detection postures, and can achieve rapid detection of the diameter of the steel bar and the thickness of the protective layer.

Steel Reinforcement Protection Layer Tester GTJ-RBL SeriesSensors can recognize magnetic fields in both horizontal and vertical dimensions. They are arranged in a two-dimensional matrix and can be seen as a cluster of sensors. Each scanning point in this cluster can obtain a relatively pure magnetic field signal after processing (excluding interference from the magnetic field of steel bars in the other direction and retaining the steel bar signal in the measured direction). The magnetic field signals scanned at each point can be summarized together to form a distribution image of steel bars through algorithms.

So after scanning the surface of the component according to the configured drawing, the measuring instrument can present the CT image of the steel reinforcement plane inside the component. Diagonal reinforcement, cross reinforcement, and irregularly arranged reinforcement, which are headache inducing problems for traditional steel bars, can be easily solved.
